Our format is a four-part series covering different aspects of the emotional healing journey.

This is a 90 minute meeting with readings and practices followed by 30 minutes of fellowship. We learn to re-parent ourselves with gentleness, humor, love and respect. By gradually releasing the burden of unexpressed grief, we slowly move out of the past. To heal we use recovery tools like sharing, journaling, active imagination, and mindfulness practices to recall and digest unprocessed experiences in a supportive setting. Suppressed memories and feelings rob us of our natural vitality.
